i bought some good deals on new parts here but my first stereo that
i purchased for $500. in 1978 w/huge 3' x 4' x 2'ft deep pioneer
system it even had plugs for a cd player, finaly gave out the other
day, big ol blue smoke, smelt up the whole garage, she went out
in glory, i went to the pawn shop thinking i could get a good deal,
kinda like what was said, new for half the price, right! no way, the
cheapest used system without a mgf warranty was $250. only for
the receiver, went to RadioShack and purchased a new one with
300watt and 2yr warranty for $100., with all the connections even
a ipod. i don't know how anyone buys from a pawn shop, too
expensive for used items :?
