Default Bad Brad racing radios

Nice group to talk to :roll:, abysmal customer service. Although I eventually got all of the equipment ordered, it came piecemeal and with NO invoices, even though I requested them in a telephone conversation with both Brad and Mike. Worst part of service was I requested three-day and had to wait a week for the first set of radios I ordered. Name on account was wrong, even though Mike was told of the discrepancy, and the second set of radios were sent incomplete and to the WRONG address. Of course, there was no problem hitting my credit card.

I sent Brad an e-mail informing him of my displeasure and asking him to contact us. To date, no contact or return e-mail. Or invoices.
