Default Alcohol and gas jetting on 1050 Dominators

I am thinking my jetting is may be too rich on 2 different combinations and just want an opinion if I should leave well enough alone.

The problem is both cars pick up over .10 ET and .06 60 foot during a race day into the night. This is with 3500' density altitude during the day and 2600' in the evening. This is 1/8 mile bracket racing. Just looking for consistincy.

Some of this may be the track prep not being the best and tightening up when the sun goes down?

The first car is a 3000# back half 496 BBC with a Gary Stinnet throttle stop 1050 gas new style Dominator. It has 94 jets. Timing is 36 degrees. 4000 RPM starting line, 6800 shift rpm. ET varies from 6.46 to 6.36, 60 ' from 1.42 to 1.36.

The second car is a 2700# tube chassis 421 SBC with a George Rupert old style alcohol 1050 Dominator. It has 176 jets. timing is 36 degrees, 4500 starting line RPM, 7400 shift RPM. ET varies from 6.17 to 6.06, 60' varies from 1.32 to 1.26. EGT on #4 cylinder was between 993 and 1009 on 7 passes.

These are times from last Saturday in Central Illinois. Both cars dropped .01-.02 each pass on ET.

I am think about leaning both down 5% to see if they will become more consistant. What do you all think?

Guess you can tell I don't have anything in the garage to work on tonight.
