Where in the world did you get your steel numbers from? Neither one match any materials I've seen used in a crank.
Slip of the brain #'s. Didn't know GM made a 4130 crank. Last time I called all they had was the 5140. That was a loooong time ago.
You might wanna try another brain gear then, because again, they don't make a 4130 crank.
They make 1053, 5140, and 4340.
