No scam here. The package could have been sent to USPS & not scanned in & showing shipped until the 7th... even if it was brought in the "6th". From order to ship was 4 days. Looks like Owen told you he did not have the weight to complete plate... which you were advised... he gave a tracking #. In the mean time, I think you must have called him like 7 or 8 times while telling him you would cancel order, & insinuating he was a liar. If you STALK people & insult them while doing a potty-dance; you will get unfavorable answers. GEEEEEZ.
