Don't know for sure but, but on a corvette (i know not related) but the easiest way to get all the air out is gravity feed, since all the lines are below the master cylinder, take the top off the master cylinder and open the rear wheel cylinders and let it sit overnite, or keep an eye on it to make sure the master cylinder stays full.
