Happy New Year to all of you!

The forum was so messed up the last time I checked in I doubted it would every get fixed or be back to normal.
Glad you guys are still holding on. It use to be a great place.
I had some surgery the week of Thanksgiving on my hip / leg and it's been a real bitch to get over.
I knew it would be a long recovery which is why I put it off for so long. It's been almost 9 weeks, but I have anywhere from 6 months to possibly a year for full recovery. However, the pain in my back and the sciatic nerve pain are gone so it seems the surgery is going to be successful.
I'm still limited to how much I can walk and still no stairs yet.
Being hard headed I started doing to much a week after the surgery, actually hopped back to work on crutches, and it was a really bad mistake. Needless to say since then I pretty much sit in a recliner with an ice pack and or a heating pad on my hip every day. I'm able to work some, but really limited to what I can do for a while.
Well enough about me, I hope all of you are OK.
