Default It's like almost getting some........, 1/8th mile racing

We ran last weekend in the big headwind of 35MPH and were forced to race to the 1/8th like you guys. For the record I have always said that an 1/8 mile race at a 1/4 mile track is for 1/2 trackers whom can't handle there rides. Our super pro program runs 1/8th and the pro runs the whole way down, so that is my class.
I ran 4.911 at 145.04, I had to abort the second time run due to a hard move to the left. Third time run was 4.907 at 145.3 MPH. First round a crappy .052 reaction and a 4.903 at 145.27 MPH on a 4.89 hard dial. I deserved to loose that round with that light. These were the first passes this season. I just made new stronger wheelie bars this morning. I bent the last set on the time run I aborted, which may have been the cause that pushed me left in hind site, 1.125" .058 was not enough at 70" long, now we have 1.25" .058 wall, 70" long and with a double k member now. Took 3.5 hours to build.
PS: Good job Mike
