Have you tried going to the Post Office and see if he has cashed it. If not you can put a stop on it. If he has cashed it and not sent your parts, I believe that is mail fraud and the Postmaster may be able to start a case against him. That is a Federal offense. You may need your receipt of the purchase of the money order, but the stub from it may be enough.
