Thats like me going into a store buying something and it be broken when I unwrap it and don't return it or call and tell them it's broken so the store can't fix the problem. See if I'd returned it and gotten a new one I would have a good product. Because I would have been responsable enough to take it to them and get it sorted out. All of its just miscommunication next time take the time to tell them what is wrong and it will save a hell of a lotta headache in the long run. Then you will be
