I can see the concern with the certain wording in the Bill. I just keep getting stuck on one thing.
Under what circumstances can anyone tell me it's OK for some with Alzhiemers, PTSS, or any other mental condition to have any weapon, much less a fire arm.
I realize the concern is we give an inch they take a mile. Personally I don't think we need any more laws, just need to inforce the ones already on the books.
The other issue I have is these idiot a$$ politicians trying to say this helps prevent the criminal element from having guns. I'm obviously not a criminal but if I wanted to commit a crime I'd steal a gun or buy one second hand, not from Cabella's.
