Just got about a 500 lb order of 6061 into the shop yesterday. Purchased from a local supplier (Pacific Metals) on my tier 1 pricing account. It was just under $6 per pound plus $100 freight from 40 miles away. The majority of the order was remnant prices, so there was no cut charges either.
