SEARCH of TITLE............. HELP !!
Hi..I am in Ontario, Canada & am thinking of buying a 70 Camaro that is the USA.. I would like to search the history of it & ESPECIALLY find out if there are ANY LIENS against it BEFORE I BUY IT !...The trouble I am having is that all the sites like "CARFAX" or "VIN SEARCH" etc...all only go back to 1981 & newer & ONLY offer info for VINS with 17 Digits...This one has 13..........
DOES anybody KNOW of a SITE that will SEARCH OLDER CARS ??????????
