Default CFE Cylinder Heads
Have a relative looking at these for a twin turbo project coming up. I have never heard of them before (no surprise) but said I would ask around and I figured there's no where better to get honest feedback than here.

So what's the deal? Are CFE heads all that and a bag of chips, or what?
