He knows his way around the web- for sure. Many hits. Nitroinsanity, Nitromadness, nitrofunny, FastET are a few of his names. However I do not see a shred of bad feedback other than your post- and he is on Yellow Bullett as well.

I think you will have to provide more information, and some specific proof before this seller can be considered a scammer.
