Not sure where you are located, but about the only place you will get this type of header built will be either Lemons Headers, or a chassis shop or a local guy. I have a tall deck and I searched for ever...
Hmmmm, maybe I should start building these!!!
Best of luck. Lemon's headers are over $1000. easily, and I paid $1100. for a custom set.
