got a good deal
my boss closed down his performance shop a couple of months back. while we were packing everything up i got my comp roller cam from him. he told me to hook up some stereo equipment in one of his house boats and we would call it even on the cam. that was a good deal for me. saved me about 300 dollars. well i went today and started hooking the stereo stuff up for him and he ask what i had left to do my motor. i told him i was needing rods and a couple of other things. he went up to his house and brought me a brand new set of 6 inch eagle h beams and just gave them to me for hooking up all this stuff in his boat which we already had a deal for the cam. i got around 700 to 800 dollars worth of brand new parts for hooking some radio stuff for him.
