Well the cam is set up for a blower application due to 114 lobe seperation, but should work good with the compression ratio you are working with. Pending gas or alky carb selection willbe a big issue. You will want to avoid creating static pressure within the motor to maximize hp & Torque. And you don't what to choke the engine with to small of a carb. Looks like you are going to need a lot of air and fuel por that bad boy.

If you go alky I suggest at a minimum a mechanical fuel injection system with a bird catcher
