Actually, Joe is alive. His name is not Joe however. His name is "Two-Tone-Timmy" & he is a wiseguy out of Chicago. He is wanted in several states for questioning in a few missing persons cases. You see, Two-Tone is a very dangerous guy. On the side he poses as a web designer. Don't let this guy fool you... he never only accept 1/2 of the money. He is a Don & got made back in the 80's. Ever since then, he has hidden himself due to the "heat" brought on by opposing wise guys. The web gig is just temporary for now. His brother is Franky Four fingers. Franky usually finishes his unfinished buisness when things get to hot for Two Tone.
