I used to do it, being a CNC programmer and machinest. I did them on a 3 axis CNC mill, and charged $60.00 a set at the time. But have since retired from work and no longer have access to a CNC machine, in fact i did a few sets for people here on RJ. I used a 1/8" ball mill cutter. So if there is a machine shop in your area with a 3 axis CNC, it's relatively simple to do. Below is a set i did for myself, on my 434" sm/blk.
