That's actually backward. Pump is gravity fed with pressure on the out side.

I don't run one before the pump. :wink:
A/B test one with the filter before and after the pump, report back with the egt and o2 readings I've seen it first hand (atleast with a 8an earls in line filters after pump) they can cause a bit of restriction.

I quit running filters and use a outterwears filter when pumping fuel now.
