Definitely pull the other head. If you don't find a problem, you haven't done anything except wasted time. There is a leak, so check the head gaskets and the cylinders to see where the leak was. There should be an obvious problem. If the gaskets look good then you have a crack somewhere. Did you run the engine at all? If you did, was there white smoke from one side?
