also keep in mind..ANYTIME you solid mount motor,tranny or any other part that is in the path of energy transfer.....you lose the shock absorber effect you once had..meaning that the energy will travel right thru your soild mount and keep traveling until it finds a weak spot and will exit there...causing a break or material failure if you do not have the right kind of set up ( see below)

i know many guys out here who solid mount trannys, if they are not breaking tranny tunnels etc..it means they are running after market cases and pro-drive line set ups...same as a front plate...a mid plate is the proper follow up for added insurance

if it were my car ..i would poly mount the engine and tie down the block,..you get the best of both worlds...you can also go with a Mid plate and resolve a lot of flex issues.
