In THIS particular case, I'm all for it. I'm hoping in ALL cases, it is done with much forethought and soul searching. WAY too many scumbags are run up the flag pole as a 'victim' and the REAL victim is run through the ringer......reports are and confirmed by the girl, that he fired a shot at a LEO...'provoked' - 'baited' or whatever, they got the job done.
