Spending, by all of the Government agencies, is gonna have to come to a screeching halt. Simply because we have no more money to spend on Race Cars sponsorships, studying the sex life of the common Opossum, or financing the next Obama's College Education.
If you get a check from the government for anything you haven't paid into for years, don't count on it anymore . . The country is broke, and it had best take note, and quit spending money it doesn't have . . Yours!
