Not sure what hub centric rings are but with my 5/8 studs I have thin threaded sleeves that screw onto the studs so they are the right size for the holes. The studs I use are the fully threaded cap screw bolts. The actual studs the have an unthreaded section are made from the right size raw stock to fit the hole right.
