There are alos applications for smart phones called "Spoof Call". You can make the persons caller ID show any number you want. Just an FYI on that. I had gotten scammed a few years back for $6500 on a stolen Credit Card order to my shop, and I back tracked it as far as I could. It went no where and i was out $6500. :x
Best way to get this guy is someone post up another motor for sale and lure his ass in.
