I agree with ''Scorp'' time to show him who is who :!: :!: Ok here is what you do, Contact the States attorney's office in Richmond, Virginia, Tell them you want to petition the Commonwealth of Virginia for internet fraud, They will issue a warrant for him in his state After you show that he has your money and wheel's, and transfer him to your city. I know this because i had to do it a few years ago on a engine a guy tried to screw me on. They went to Clarksville, Tenn and picked him up and brought him here. His brother brought back the engine and i dropped charges.
