omg,you not still crying are you bart?with all your big law degrees you can't possible think you can do a trade on something have the time to check it out tear it up and then expect somebody else to pay for it,you are flipping NUTS!!!!!!you need to just stop trying to scam money out somebody.i bought a dozer from a guy traveled 4 hours to get it payed out for a rollback to go pick it up,run it on my farm for 3 days the hydraulics went out but i never called the guy and complained about it or slandered him all over the place.cause things like that does happen,i just sucked it up and paid for the repairs.the samething you should do.
