I hate people like this, they take peoples hard earned money. This guy is a major douche in my opinion and needs to be dealt with in some fashion. Have you filed a report with the police in his town? You can do that you know.

I would call up and ask for the Detectives, and explain what took place. If they dont help, contact the local county prosecutors office.
