That sounds a little suspect to me:
"Anything could have happened after car left my posession" Sounds like a typical cop out to me. Transport companies just dont typically crash cars, repair and repaint them, the deliver them. We need more proof from both sides to make a determination, but based on the sellers weak response,I'm going to say the buyer was misrepresented the condition of the car.
We need a more clear picture of what actually happened.
