1996 gmc topkick with 3116 fuel system problems
I have a 96 topkick with a 3116, walked out and it decided not to start. It has diesel, but the fuel pump and fuel shut off do not seem to get any power. I checked the fuses and relays under the steering wheel and under the hood above the engine and could not find any that were bad. I also checked to make sure the pump is getting fuel and it is when i hook a inline pump up. Should i be able to put 12 volts to the solenoid on the heui and it open. I believe there is a electrical problem keeping the pump and kill valve shut off. Any idea where the fuse and relay for these two items are located on the truck?
