ops: ---starting JUNE 15/2010--if you pull ANY enclosed trailer with a name of anykind advertised on the side[it is then considered a commercial vehicle] SO-YOU HAVE TO HAVE A cdl license to pull it/have to have all DOT tags on it/ and if it has over 5 gallons of fuel in cans in the trailer it has to have HAZMAT TAGS
