Skylark and Polara- Whether he settles or not- provide a clearcut documented overview to LE. Include a timeline and documentation and then put together a well written letter to the FBI referencing suspicion of pervasive Internet Fraud. If you handle it right and provide all the documentation and sound very professional, you might get this dumped on a young eager newbie agent- and just like greenhorn IRS agents-
