Ok..i think i will take the 16 volt out, i wasnt prepared to buy a 16 volt charger, and a 16 volt Alt. the reason i was asking, was when we hooked up the 12 volt Alt. after about 5 min it started smoking and caught fire, soo i think i will just stay with the 12 volt set up...and just sell the 16 volt battery to buy a 12 volt..but fellas thanks for all the input..Ray
