See, that is the funny part. I have my doubts as to whether paypal paid him or not. They did't pay me shiit and told me they paid me. They paid me and took it back another way. He maintains that he was NEVER paid on this from paypal or anyone else. You can't seem to post up any proof otherwise either??? If your paypal rep told you he was paid, have them fax it on over to you. If they did pay him, the have the transaction documented as to how much and what account it was paid to. That should not be so hard to verify, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE MAKING PAYMENTS TO PAYPAL. Get paypal to fax you verification of the refund or get legal help to MAKE them give you documented proof.
