The best thing you could do is send back the converter and when mudbogger gets it he can let us know he got it on here.
That would be a GIANT step in the right direction.
Then you might have some luck selling again in the future. Maybe. But I doubt it. The sooner you make this go away the sooner some people will forget. But there are some of us that never will forget.
