I'd bet money it's a scam, i checked the ebay ad and that dealer has several other cars for sale plus this vette is already bid up over $10,000.00 on ebay.
Plus the area code (303) listed on (RJ) is a Denver Colo. area code, and the car is listed in Wi. on ebay.
