Also, the victims are suppose to have the last word if a case gets dropped or not, the prosecutors are not suppose to just drop it without consulting the victims and the judge! If it is a good case it will proceed anyway, now that ALL the work has been done and complaints have been filed.
My guess is the checks will never clear... :roll:
