Curtis, send the check back to him or hold for evidence and take him to Court. After you win, deposit the payment as pre-payment on what he will owe you. The least you can do is see that he gets credit for the felonies, spends time in Court and hopefully gets time.
Then smile at him on the way out, tell him thats what you get from stealing from a kid and then go cash his payment.
And then post where he is being jailed and we will send him a cake with a soap on a rope in it.
And Curtis, if you dont press charges, give us the dossier of information on him so that we can work with the other Plaintiffs and and hopefully have them follow through on getting William Christopher Hurter to the big house.
