Ok guys here is what information I have for you.
Well the word is William Christopher Hurter is the name of the scammer and Evergreen Alabama is home (whether he's there now or not). Seems he's a frequent flyer when it comes to bad news and this may be the straw that breaks the camels back...... oVER $500 in Alabama is a felony. Even heard that some rescent trouble has him living back at home with Mommy and Daddy and is known by local authorities.
Still not sure whether this will go to Federal court or be taken to court in Alabama, but Rest assured Mr Hurter,if I'm not reimbursed, I will make whatever needed trips to be in Alabama for court hearings. Have a great day :wink:
