I don't see your points... "as is" is sometimes an excuse to pass on garbage. I will not pay 500.00 for ANY sbc's that has a crack in the block... they are a dime a dozen...I could get a good 350 complete core here for 200.00.
Anyways, how hard is it to know if you have a 4spd or a 3psd??? Take a little time to dry-shift it once to discover what it is. Quit blaming other people for the way you misrepresented this deal... buyers do not care about that. You indeed had the truck for sale right???? So don't whine about Dan buying it... you act is if you were annoyed that he bought it from you!! Here's an idea.... if you can't take 100.00 less, DON"T TAKE IT. Then don't come on here and whine about that too. Give me a break... admit you were negligent & that you made a mistake!!! This is your responsibility.... it is not Dan's fault that you misrepresented the truck.
