the guy has spent your money, you need to take a road trip and show up at his door to collect your money. take all your documents and if he does not pay you on the spot, call the local police while your standing in front of his house. you have his address, quit playing around and go get your money. it dont matter how much it cost to get there, its the principle, go get your money!!!!
