Scooter, you did the right thing. My wife & i had a dog that as she got older didn't like little kids. Well one day she nipped at our granddaughter and my wife said if she bites her it will be the end of her and i said if she bites her it's already too late if she hurts her. So we got rid of her before it happened. So i think you did the right thing.
