Bottom line is in order for a true rating for buyer and seller the ad must be reported by both parties, but if not a buyer rating is still established? A seller rating will read 0 if no ads are reported by the buyer, such as mine.
I think for the most part the honestly system is working for those who wish to buy and sell on Rj as reputable patrons.
There will always be a bad apple in every bunch but that does not mean every piece of pies has a bad taste.
