Well Carl called and gave me a confirmation # for what is supposed to be a refund of my $4500.I have yet to recieve it so I wont know if its an empty package until it gets here.
The point is this guy had me send him the money after he had either sold the engine or dismantled it and sold it.The Postal inspector said that's considered Mail Fraud and because it was done on the internet, to multiple people at the same time it's Internet Fraud as well.
All the information is readily avalible through racing junk,which by law must keep records of EVERYTHING this asshole has ever done to anyone.

All the legal team has to do to get it is provide proof of a suit!!!

What I find AMAZING is this guy is a pathological liar and truly believes his own bullshit! Talk about stupid, he's through if everyone unites and files suit against him and his company,and why would a PERTROLEUM ENGINEER (GEOLOGICAL) have to be loading and unloading steel out on the yard???????????????????????????BULLSHIT WANNA BE!!!!!!!!!!!
