Wayne, I have no problem with bringing slander charges against you, along with a counter suit . I mailed YOUR property to YOU at YOUR risk not mine. Your original letter that came with your check had only a mailing address and no request for tracking or insurance. I have proof and witnesses, and now that it has gone this far, by you calling me a theif it will cost you a court filing fee to get anything else from me. I now think that you did get the parts and have come up with some sort of way to get me to to send your money so you come out with the converter at no cost to you. I think you got the parts and saw no tracking # and are now scamming me. The only thing I can say is that you have already agreed that there was no special shipping instructions because neither one of us had EVER had problems with shipments before. You ASKED about tracking way after it was shipped. You didnt ask WHAT the # was like if you were expecting me to have them, you asked me if I had one. YOU KNOW THERE WASNT ANY AGREEMENTS WITH ANY CARRIERS much less any insurance or tracking # agreements. You arent even sure what splines it was made for until after I got the check. So that being said I will not pay unless the post office refunds the amount I put on the domestic claims investigation form. You can get in touch with your local post master and ask them. They will find out the truth. They have seen all my proof and told me that 99% of the time the package was delivered to the destination and stolen from there, that is if you aren't a scam artist. It was very heavy, big, and red, and said HUGHES across it. It was sent in the origanal box that it came from Hughes. YOUR ISSUE IS WITH THE FEDS. NOT ME......FYI additional services purchased from any carrier doesn't mean that your mail is 100% guaranteed against incidents. I did send your converter, I did not intend for it to get lost, therefore you calling me a ripoff artist on the ad you posted is slander and if you take me to court, you can bet I will countersue for damages for that! any
