It's pretty obvious John cares little about the truth.
He "claims" we had no UPS agreement and that he got the "ground" quote from the US Post office at 7:30pm? To my knowledge Fedex and UPS are the only ones to offer "ground" service. The very word "ground" implies UPS or Fedex and he goes on to say in our dialogue that he normally uses FEDEX. To furthur this arguement his quote was for $31 shipping which I paid $16 of and his actual charges as he states was almost $40. This conflicting data leads me to believe he used a different shipper.

John, my statement about 10's of thousands of dollars spent here was neither pious or condescending. In fact it is closer to $100k when added up but was said so you would know in all the years I've done business here I have NEVER had an issue, both as buyer and/or seller, UNTIL NOW!

You need to admit you made a BIG mistake irresponsibly shipping that part and refund my money, period. IMO, insuring SOLD parts for the amount of the sale is common practice and should not have to be requested.

IF I take you to court I assure you it will cost you 10 times what you owe me. I will spend thousands to collect that money because you have pissed me off and now it is about principle.

Don't say I have not given you ample time either, my letter to you gave you 10 days and you still have not paid.
