Check your fuel pressure from the pump to the regulator, It should be around 20 psi. If so the pump is not your problem.
1. You need 11.9 volts or more at all times for a high flow pump.
2.With alcohol I'd run 12an to the pump and a 10 an to the regulator and 8an to carb. Step down 2 between each.
3. A good regulator is a must have.
4. Run fuel out of both sides of your regulator not out of just one side.
5. Make sure your fuel bowl level isn't low.
6. If your running a filter(should be 100 micron stainless) check to see if its not getting plugged.
7. Make sure your using a relay on a high flow pump.
8. Make sure your not cavitating your fuel in the tank as it returns. High flow pumps return more fuel than you might think. I run foam in my cell.
9. If you have any water in your alcohol it will do that also.
Just a check list to help you out.
