302 Horsepower help
I am currently in the middle of my project, and wondering where I might be on horsepower, and maybe some cheap ideas for extra horsepower. I am going to college so money is really tight. Parts and what i paid are:
Stock crank$0
Stock connecting rods$0
Flat top pistons $0
1969 351w heads 60cc combustion chambers, heavier springs $50
Hydrolic roller cam similiar to B-303 grind, $50
Holley 600 double pumper carb rebuilt 1 month ago $120
Edelbrock Performer 289 intake manifold, $20
Full length headers,$0
mufflers 3" glasspacks $80
Distributor stock
Wires 9mm ford racing$40
I have been lucky with finding deals on my engine from friends either buying wrong parts (cam) and others just having stuff sitting around, my car is a 1982 Capri RS and I'd like to keep the 302 in there incase i ever restore it. I would really like to know about how much horsepower i might be making, and maybe some cheap ways to gain just a little bit extra, any help is always appreciated!
